Refunds and cancellations for purchases made through third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play) are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms, and Wisdo is not responsible for their practices.
Except as prohibited under applicable law, Wisdo may at its sole discretion provide a full, partial, or pro-rated refund for services rendered. As a rule, refunds are processed only in cases where 7 days have not passed since the moment of payment, either for annual or 3-month plans.
Requests for refund should include:
- The email associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- The plan purchased (annual or 3-month)
- A brief description of the issue
