Whether you’re accessing Wisdo from your phone or our website, you can use Wisdo to connect, share, and learn. You can chat with a group, one-on-one with a friend, meet in live video sessions, or read our published resources.
From the moment you sign up, we’re already at work, helping you build your support system. We start by connecting you with a Designated Helper and a Guide.
A Designated Helper is a Wisdo member just like you who has completed our Helper Training and has been paired up with you based on shared life experiences and goals. They’ll show you the ropes and provide extra support in your first six weeks on Wisdo.
A Guide is an on-staff professional who will monitor your monthly wellness scores and compare them with your baseline scores based on the results of your survey completed at sign-up.
You can chat with your Designated Helper and your Guide, discover Wisdo’s many communities that might interest you based on what your top priorities are right now, or join a coaching group and add the upcoming live sessions to your calendar.
